Grad FCC

Dear FCC Grad!
Let us know what you are up to, and we’ll send you our brand new FCC Alumni T-Shirt … and while you’re at it, we are looking to add some new faces to the Walls of Fame on each of our campuses. We would love to have you share your thoughts with us about your FCC education and where it has brought you to today.

We are also going to need your photo, preferably at work (if you are in Allied Health, in your scrubs; in IT, working on a computer or network; Cosmetology or CSC, in your clinic or salon; etc.) Please upload 1-4 photos of yourself using the form below.

Terms and Conditions
By sending photographs of myself to FCC via email, and by filling out this form, I grant permission to FCC to use any such photographs and information that I provide, for display in and around FCC’s campus buildings and/or on its websites and social media sites. I further grant FCC permission to submit my information and photos to outside postsecondary related organizations for awards or recognition on my behalf.

I acknowledge and affirm that I am 18 years of age or older, that I am the sole owner of all rights in and to the photographs I submitted and that the photographs do not infringe upon any rights of anyone else.

I further acknowledge that for the purposes of clarity and/or brevity, FCC may edit my comments, without altering the intent of what I have said. FCC will send all editorial changes to me for my approval. Upon submitting my approval of the proposed changes, if any, back to FCC, the College will send me the FCC Alumni T-Shirt I selected.
